  After some research I found that the best leaders have three specific traits. 1. GET UP EARLY AND DO THE THINGS THAT ARE MOST   IMPORTANT TO YOU 2. CULTIVATE  Entrepreneurial Discipline , meaning they do what's right for the business, leaving emotions out of the decision making process. 3.  Accept Responsibility For Every Outcome. This might sound extreme, but for me this was the most liberating thing of all because it also showed me that I had 100% control over every aspect of my business as well as the thoughts in my heads and the people I chose to surround myself with.
